A Human Interest Advisory Fee of 0.50% of plan assets per year is billed to the employee's account according to the plan advisory Terms of Service. A one-time setup fee of $499 may apply. In the event that the plan sponsor wants to bring in a third-party advisor, the third-party advisor fee would be defined as part of a separate agreement.
