401(k) price match offer
A new standard for value with our Price Match Guarantee.
As a Retirement Industry DisruptorTM, we’re improving transparency for plan pricing with a first-of-its-kind guarantee. We will match the total cost of any verified offer from a competing retirement plan provider.1

We guarantee the lowest cost
Our promise is simple: if a business receives a lower verified offer for a comparable retirement plan, Human Interest will match or beat it, dollar for dollar.
Guarantee we’ll match total cost
We’ll match the total financial commitment an organization makes for a retirement plan, ensuring we are the same or lower than a customer’s existing or alternate provider.
Compensation if we don’t match
Financial compensation ensures you get maximum value.

Value and transparency
The Price Match Guarantee helps reduce the guesswork associated with selecting a retirement plan for your employees. It takes a comprehensive look at the total financial commitment including:
Annual administration fees: The primary costs associated with operating the plan.
Per participant fees: Fees paid per number of participants, which can often be opaque.
Transaction fees: Costs related to plan restatements, loans, distributions, or other employer or participant-initiated events.
Asset-based fees: Service fees based on the plan’s total assets2.
Annual large plan audit fees: Costs for an independent auditor to audit the operations of a company’s retirement plan, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Accountability and confidence
Our commitment to price transparency - and creating a higher standard - helps customers feel confident knowing they are getting the best possible offer.
Customers must submit verifiable documents detailing the competitor costs.
Human Interest will review and prepare a comparative analysis.
If agreed upon, the total credit will be documented on the new customer's order form.
If Human Interest is unable to match the total annual cost of a plan with a competitive recordkeeper, but the customer still launches a plan with Human Interest, we will provide a one-time credit to the new plan in an amount equal to the final difference between the total annual costs.
I can say without a doubt that the experience has been very, very good here. So much so that I refer all of our clients to Human Interest when they are looking at setting up a 401(k).
