The Human Interest Learning Center is our new hub for financial wellness for both employers and employees. We’ve developed these resources based on both best practices from behavioral science and proprietary research on small and medium-sized business employees.

Why did we build a Learning Center?
Because we’re investing in your financial wellness. Our company exists because we want to solve the retirement savings crisis so that everyone can achieve financial independence.
While a lot of people throw around the term “financial wellness,” what does that even mean? Is it about being rich, having a certain amount of money in your bank account, or being a “401(k) millionaire”? To date, there’s no clear definition or consensus in the financial industry about what financial wellness is. That’s why we asked employees around the country!
Financial wellness means not feeling stressed about money
We conducted a national survey of 1,800 employees who work for small and medium-sized businesses nationwide, including people of all ages, in all industries, and all states. To get a clear definition of what financial wellness means, we asked them.

An employer-provided retirement plan is the number one reason why people start saving for retirement. And, another survey found that 63% of retirees wished they knew more about savings and investments while they were working. Our Learning Center will help guide your employees on the path to financial independence—so that you can focus on your business.
We structured our content based on the financial wellness framework (i.e., what’s top of mind for SMB employees nationwide) so your team feels empowered and educated to take full advantage of your employer-provided benefits. Ultimately, we want this to be a resource for you and your employees.
