Human Interest’s program to encourage positive retirement savings behavior. The program is available to anyone in an employer-sponsored 401(k) or 403(b) provided by Human Interest Inc. The program is designed especially for first-time savers, and includes educational tools like (k)ickstart webinars and a 10-part series of financial wellness tips and tools, the (k)ickstart curriculum. In addition to education, the program includes a financial incentive: a gift card worth 3% of contributions* (up to $250), terms apply, made by eligible participants during a 12-month saving stint.
